Kamigumi formulates Kamigumi Group Anti-Corruption Policy

The Kamigumi Co., Ltd. has formulated the Kamigumi Group Anti-Corruption Policy ("Policy" hereinafter), which concerns the prevention of bribery and other acts of corruption.

Recognizing the prevention of acts of corruption as a key topic in realizing the Group's Charter of Corporate Behavior, which calls for Fair and Transparent Business Practices and Cooperation with International Society, this Policy has been formulated to provide clear and specific guidelines on the actions the Group must take.

This Policy is intended to demonstrate to all stakeholders the Group's stance on preventing corruption, as well as to promote fair business practices more broadly, thereby contributing to a sustainable society.
