In accordance with the Act Against Delay in Payment of Subcontract Proceeds, Etc. to Subcontractors, which restricts misuse of positions of advantage as described in the Act on Prohibition of Private Monopolization and Maintenance of Fair Trade, the Company fully complies with its obligations under the Act to exchange documents and specify payment deadlines in transactions with subcontractors.
By auditing payments and document retention, an independent internal auditing section and the Financial Management Department ensure that related operations are implemented in compliance with the Act.
